The International Youth Exchange “Youth in action for communication” represents
a concrete evolution and first follow up of the European Network “PACE” in
order to ensure long term cooperation on the key issues of the active
citizenship important both for Europe and for young people in Europe.
In fact, the idea of this project is to use art, culture and media as tools to
promote fostering mutual understanding among different cultures, to let young
people express themselves encouraging their activities and creativity and let
them take part in the development both of the intercultural learning and social
and civil life of our societies.
The project would like to let young people interact not only among them but as well with the community in order to communicate their own point of view, to strengthen democratic cohabitation and to fight any kind of discrimination and racism.
